Day 1 of 31 Days of Self Care was actually what started it all: 31 Days of Meditation on the Simple Human app.
My life coach, Anna at The Heartbeat Hive suggested the app when we had our session this week and I’ve quickly become a fan. The app includes a bunch of free meditations and has extra meditations you can purchase monthly as well.

I’m trying to get into the practice of a meditation in the morning, just after waking up, and then as well before I go to sleep at night. I can’t explain it, but simply the five minutes in the morning (seriously, most meditations are 1, 3, 5, 10 minutes long and that is it).
