Day 15: Figure It Out

If there’s something that’s been bugging you, take the time to figure it out.

Talk to a mentor or friend, read up on the subject, journal about, pray or meditate on it. Make an effort to feel better and get something that’s been bugging you off your shoulders.

I’ve found through some work and seeking, you can find the answer to things you want to feel better on and figure out. Even if you don’t get it figured out in one time of sitting down to ponder it, looking at the issue or question and directing time and thought towards it can help break it down and make revisiting it later much easier and less overwhelming.

Today’s post is short but to the point: don’t just sit there and let things fester, work on finding the answer and you will feel better, simple as that.
